Congratulations to Lauren who won her school singing competition last week singing “Somewhere only we know.”
She gave the best performance of the song that I’ve seen her do and was so calm and confident.
It was even more sweet as there is some amazing musical talent in her year. She is so happy and her dad and I are thrilled and beyond proud. It was her moment and a huge confidence booster for her.
Your tuition, advice and support made a great deal of difference to her and I would like to let you know how delighted and grateful I am to you for that. Thank you so much.
WELL DONE LAUREN – YOU ARE A STAR!

We had a great time at the Alzheimer Show this year and looking forward to working with some of the fantastic people we met.
So many exciting things going on to help people live better with dementia.
Let the good work continue!
Wow – our very first time at the Alzheimers Show – we had a great time!
We met lots of interesting people. It was great to be surrounded by like-minded people all with the common goal of helping people with dementia have a better quality of life.
Our presentations were well attended and we got everyone singing along and waving scarves which was great fun! Everyone can benefit from having a good old SING!
We are now working through all the wonderful contacts we made so that we can get more people singing. We want to ensure that as many people as possible living with dementia experience the benefits of singing:
- Better communication
- Helps with depression
- Decreased reliance on drugs
- Boosts energy
- And most importantl – HAVING FUN!
Keep Singing everyone – it really is good for you!
