Lauren wins School Singing Competition!

Congratulations to Lauren who won her school singing competition last week singing “Somewhere only we know.”

Mum says:IMG_3451

She gave the best performance of the song that I’ve seen her do and was so calm and confident.

It was even more sweet as there is some amazing musical talent in her year.  She is so happy and her dad and I are thrilled and beyond proud.  It was her moment and a huge confidence booster for her.

Your tuition, advice and support made a great deal of difference to her and I would like to let you know how delighted and grateful I am to you for that.  Thank you so much.

WELL DONE LAUREN – YOU ARE A STAR!

If your child would like to learn how to sing, please get it touch we would love to help!

I love my job!

i love my job

I am so lucky to say that I love my job.  I love the challenge of helping people find their voices and the joy in their faces when their voices improve!

In my work with Singing for Seniors I am blessed to work with the elderly and those with dementia and always have happy stories to tell my husband when I get back from work – “someone smiled at me today”, or “someone who normally doesn’t join in got up and danced!”

We always have a great time!

I was therefore delighted that the Alzheimer Show have taken an interest in my story and interviewed me last week to find out more about this work.

I am delighted that they felt that my story was interesting enough to publish on their website – see the full article here:
