Singing for Seniors Leader Course
The Singing for Seniors Leader Course gives you the necessary practical skills and knowledge and helps build your confidence in leading the Singing for Seniors sessions. The training is lively and interactive and is enjoyable as well as informative.
Those who complete this training will:
- Understand how singing affects the wellbeing of residents and thus benefit staff
- Realise they have the skills and qualities necessary to be a Singing for Seniors Leader
- Know what elements make up a Singing & Reminiscence Session
- Ensure they are fully prepared for a successful Singing & Reminiscence Session
- Be equipped to conduct an enjoyable Singing & Reminiscence Session for their residents, visitors and staff

At the end of the training you will be provided with a Singing for Seniors Leader’s Guide that contains all the key information and templates you need to run a successful Singing & Reminiscence Session and you will be able to purchase our specially developed Singing and Reminiscence Programmes.
